The PositionAs a Private Client Service (PCS) Tax Manager, you will be an integral part of various client service teams. You will need to demonstrate robust technical expertise in individual and partnership tax planning, consulting, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include the preparation and review of tax returns, as well as identifying client challenges and liaising with clients and financial managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct research on diverse client matters and oversee Senior Associates, Experienced Associates, and Associates.
Compensation and Benefits
Our firm provides a competitive base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a discretionary bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics. For individuals in this role, the expected salary range is competitive, with actual offers varying based on qualifications. Benefits include coverage for employees and their families under medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in our 401(k) plan upon hire, along with receiving paid time off starting at 160 hours annually and twelve paid holidays throughout the year. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred;
- Advanced credentials such as CPA, JD, CFP, or CFA are preferred;
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm, including at least 4 years in Private Client Services;
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural ability to facilitate discussions;
- Self-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in technology, including MS Excel.
