Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to become a vital member of our dynamic marketing team. With over four decades of experience, AllenComm has established itself as a leader in the corporate learning and development sector, recognized for our innovative approach and numerous industry accolades.

As a marketing generalist, you will be instrumental in executing both channel and experiential marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering overall business expansion. This role offers the chance for collaborative efforts across various functions and the opportunity to guide external partners, including freelance copywriters and agencies.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the marketing director. The work environment is characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere where personal initiative is highly valued. The role offers flexibility with options for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote work arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies for designated campaigns, service categories, and market segments.
  • Oversee and implement channel marketing initiatives across digital platforms, traditional media, and industry-specific communications.
  • Manage the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual marketing events.
  • Lead the submission process for industry awards and recognitions, collaborating with partners, clients, and creative teams.
  • Align marketing efforts with performance metrics in partnership with the digital marketing manager.
  • Identify and nurture strategic marketing alliances to broaden outreach and meet marketing objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and best practices to refine marketing approaches.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, industry collaborators, and independent contractors to ensure cohesive support for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing is required. Exceptional candidates at various levels may also be considered.
  • Experience within the corporate learning and development field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to assess return on investment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., SalesForce, Pardot, Google Analytics) is preferred.
