Position Overview:
Our esteemed client, Advent Global Solutions, Inc., is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support.

Work Environment:
This is an onsite role.

Contract Duration:
5 Months

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM

Weekly Hours:
40 hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level administrative assistance by conducting thorough research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks.
  • Handle general office responsibilities, including travel and expense reporting.
  • Exhibit professional communication skills in all interactions.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Interpersonal skills with the capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to maintain organized and confidential information.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type:
Temporary, Contract

Compensation:
$21.00 per hour

Preferred Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience with Concur (Required)
  • 1 year of experience in handling expenses (Required)

Commute:
Candidate must be able to commute as required.

Work Location:
This position requires in-person attendance.
