About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Account Executive to join our team at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. As a Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving physician and patient identification, market development, and brand awareness within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in rare disease sales or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
