About the Role

As a Prospect Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospective clients to increase revenue and client retention.

You will communicate the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.

You will prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with our product offerings.

You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will present and sell new products to our enterprise clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions.

You will negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.

You will manage and interpret customer requirements, speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

You will expand market awareness of our products and industry experience, communicating the features and benefits of our products and services.

You will maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce.

You will develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure.
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate (up to 25%).
