Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Amerantbank seeks an experienced International Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Latin American market. This role requires a strong background in international banking, business development, and team leadership.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a personal and commercial business development strategy to achieve significant growth in the region. They will work closely with other business leaders to identify opportunities across the organization and establish relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the International Business Development team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Latin American market
  • Work closely with the Head of International Banking to identify and attract talent to grow the team
  • Negotiate price transactions with clients and recommend lines of credit
  • Create new business opportunities using external knowledge of target Latino American clients and market
  • Monitor profitability and ensure customer goals and needs are met

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in International Banking
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Masters' Degree and other relevant certifications desired

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
