Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team at iV. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow Revenue: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop Business Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 5-8 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborative Leader: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
