About the Role

Hadrian Automation, Inc. is seeking an experienced VP-level sales professional to lead our Enterprise and Federal sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Space, Defense & Aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise and Federal markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Primes, NeoPrimes, and Tier 1/2s in the Aerospace and Defense industries.
  3. Collaborate with our technical sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  5. Work closely with our CEO to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in Enterprise and Federal sales, with a strong understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industries.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
