Job Title: VP of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Finance to lead our finance function and drive strategic growth for Prenuvo.

About the Role

The VP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, and accounting. This is a fully remote role, and candidates located in the US or Canada are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage all aspects of our financial planning and analysis capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and auditors.
  • Lead a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of finance experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a finance leadership role in a business with multi-site operations.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability.
  • CPA and/or investment banking or corporate development experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of international trade, regulatory, and compliance matters as it pertains to finance function and overall company operations.
  • Leadership and people-management experience, ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
