Job Title: Head of Growth

At Art of Tea, we're on a mission to create a delicious experience with tea. We're seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join our team and drive our brand growth journey.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic marketing and business development professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality market dynamics and the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for growth and profitability within B2B hospitality, food service, and retail sectors
  • Drive the concept and execution of 360 activation plans collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and cafes
  • Collaborate with teams on 360 campaign process for all markets to ensure all touch points reflect brand messaging
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging markets
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support to achieve these goals
  • Drive sales revenue through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and contract management to both close brand new accounts and strengthen the relationships of existing accounts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support, anticipating customer needs and supporting the team by removing roadblocks so they can resolve issues promptly
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting to track performance against targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales in a quota carrying role and 3 years managing teams to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality market dynamics, including trends, key players, and customer needs
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making
  • Experience with CRM and data software is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
