About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced VP of Growth Marketing to lead our growth marketing team at Identified Talent Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth through performance marketing strategies across paid media channels.
  • Establish Departmental Goals: Set and achieve key departmental goals focused on customer acquisition, lifetime value, and channel growth while ensuring marketing efficiency.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, supervise, and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Display) and traditional channels (Video, Audio, OOH, Direct Mail).
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a flexible, collaborative, and high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Manage vendor and partner relationships to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends to identify new channels, platforms, and tools.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with DTC subscription and traditional ecommerce.
  • 3+ years of experience as Head of Growth for a digitally native business with annual sales of $200M+.
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on experience with media buying on platforms like Meta and/or Google.
  • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, particularly TV/OTT and Audio.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing growth marketing teams of 4+ people.
  • Managed diverse media budgets of $100M+.
  • Data-driven with the ability to consolidate data from various sources.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, hybrid work environment with the ability to adapt and unify teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketplaces and/or retail media.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with CRM, particularly email marketing and SMS.
  • Expertise in lead generation cultivation.
  • Proficient in pulling and analyzing data from GA4, Heap, and Looker.
  • Experience with CDP activation.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $225-$275K per year.
  • Annual bonus: 25% + equity.
