Area Manager.
DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily operations, manage Field Service Representatives (FSRs), and ensure top-notch customer service. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or technical undergraduate degree, two to four years of management or supervisory experience, and willingness to relocate to the service area as needed.
Responsibilities- Directly supervise and motivate FSRs to provide excellent service to stores.
- Schedule and conduct weekly conference calls to train, instruct, and direct FSRs.
- Conduct in-store training on safety and job performance for new hires and existing employees.
- Resolve all issues in stores related to Woodgrain Distribution.
- Conduct regular FSR performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
- Recruit and select candidates for your area.
- A Bachelor's degree or technical undergraduate degree required, with two to four years of management or supervisory experience.
- Willingness to relocate to the service area as needed.
- Physical demands include meeting the essential functions of the job, representing hazards in the workplace environment.
- Primarily Monday-Friday days, with overtime requirements based on territory demands.
- Travel involved, covering outlying areas in the region, with some overnight travel time.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 75% by Woodgrain.
- 401k matching up to 3% of base salary.
- Two weeks paid PTO and nine paid holidays.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
