CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our field sales team in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

About the Opportunity

This director-level position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies, as well as experience in solution sales and leadership roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, long-term opportunity management.

A deep network of VAR resellers and ability to work cooperatively within the partner ecosystem are also essential for this role.

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets
  • Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; both internally and externally
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
