Job Description\

Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration is essential in our assigned territory or market segment. This involves effectively selling the Company's products to current and new business accounts/customers.

Main Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Promote/sell/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship-based sales approach.\
  • Demonstrate products to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.\
  • Manage existing distribution and direct end-user accounts.\
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment.\
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine their potential.\
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.\
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently.\
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical services.\

Requirements\
  • \
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\
  • SAP or CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.\
  • Understanding and experience with high-value-added product selling, pricing, and negotiation.\
  • Experience selling to mechanical contractors, facility managers, general contractors, and C-level management a plus.\
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts or value-added benefits to diverse teams.\
  • A history of delivering on expectations for growth and profitability must be demonstrated.\
  • A team player with natural influencing skills, both internally and externally.\
  • A self-starter with creative ideas to implement marketing and promotional campaigns.\
  • 5+ years prior selling experience.\
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Business or related field preferred.\

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
