The Field Operations Coordinator position plays a vital role in the effective management of service operations by overseeing work orders, service requests, and technician assignments through a dedicated system. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication among clients, management, and field staff, with the objective of achieving organizational and customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Oversight: Guarantee that all work orders are finalized on a daily basis.
  • Priority Management: Balance the workload between service requests and operational issues.
  • Compliance with Protocols: Adhere to operational protocols, report discrepancies, and propose enhancements to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Client Coordination: Organize and schedule service installations with clients.
  • Technician Alerts: Inform technicians of any cancellations prior to their scheduled arrival.
  • Professional Interaction: Respond to phone inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • System Knowledge: Exhibit proficiency in utilizing the computerized operations management system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Conduct general office duties and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Order and Request Management: Retrieve service requests as necessary to optimize daily operations.
  • Reporting Duties: Distribute daily service reports.
  • Multitasking Skills: Successfully manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • GPS Monitoring: Track technician locations throughout the workday.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of service requests and operational records via the maintenance schedule.
  • Client Engagement: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and document appropriately.
  • Database Management: Input and maintain an accurate computerized database for client service requests and operational issues.
  • Field Support: Assist field technicians, including basic service provisioning.
  • Workflow Comprehension: Understand the processes and flows of service requests.

This position demands outstanding organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities to guarantee the efficient operation of field services and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

What you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field, ideally within the telecommunications and wireless sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in basic computer applications and office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Multitasking Ability: Skill in managing various tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Excellent customer service capabilities.
  • Availability: Willingness to work any day of the week, with flexible scheduling based on rotation.
