Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement property-level strategies to drive financial and physical improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate property-level performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IRS Section 42 guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Determine property and fund-level valuation through document review, exit tax liability, financial models, and distribution of proceeds.
- Prepare quarterly investor reports detailing financial metrics, physical condition, and action plans.
- Coordinate activities with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in monthly calls with developers, property managers, and partners.
- Oversee a team of financial analysts and interns responsible for populating portfolio financials.
- At least 5+ years of experience in the LIHTC industry, specifically asset management.
- Motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and financial spreadsheets.
- Highly organized with effective communication and teamwork skills.
