Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Precision Optics Corporation Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of day-to-day activities and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support
    • Assist Program Managers with project planning, coordination, and execution
    • Support the development and implementation of project schedules and timelines
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including calendar management and travel coordination
    • Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations
    • Assist with data collection and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Vendor Management
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
    • Manage contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
  • Quality Management
    • Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS) standards
    • Assist with the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
