We currently have an opening for an RV Inventory Coordinator / Forklift Specialist. While prior experience in the RV industry is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The selected individual will be responsible for the safe maneuvering of large recreational vehicles across our premises, including service bays and storage areas. This position requires serious candidates with the necessary skills and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport RV inventory of various sizes throughout the dealership lot and in/out of service areas.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of RV inventory, lot, and company facilities.
  • Assist with service and sales operations as required.
  • Engage with customers, sales staff, technicians, service advisors, and fellow porters.
  • Maintain clean and safe operational vehicles.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of RV inventory and company property.

Qualifications for RV Inventory Coordinator / Forklift Specialist:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks - we maintain a drug-free workplace.
  • Experience with towing is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with yard tractors and/or forklifts is a plus.
  • Ability to operate RVs of all types.
  • Familiarity with generators and slide-out operations.
  • Capability to perform minor repairs and identify issues with units.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Demonstrated potential for growth and willingness to learn RV repair techniques.

Education and Experience:

Experience in operating forklifts is essential, along with comfort in driving RVs of all sizes and configurations (including 5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.).
