Position Overview:
As an integral part of the School Nutrition Department, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive clerical support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with management regarding any staff-related challenges and assist in resolving issues promptly.
2. Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and minor concerns related to food service operations and the Nutri-Kids POS system.
3. Maintain accurate attendance records and facilitate weekly payroll processing using the ADP Rapid Pay System.
4. Oversee data entry for lunch accounts, ensuring accuracy in the POS systems and Dine Central Accounting Systems.
5. Reconcile daily cash collections and ensure proper closure of registers in the POS systems.
6. Maintain comprehensive records for the school lunch program, including meal counts and revenue, entering data into the Dine Central Revenue System.
7. Provide training and support for staff on POS systems and generate necessary reports.
8. Coordinate with the Nutri-Kids POS system to manage low balance notifications for parents and administration.
9. Assist in the monthly inventory process for food, paper, cleaning supplies, and USDA commodities.
10. Process food and paper orders as per the established ordering calendar.
11. Compile and print marketing materials, daily signage, and monthly promotions for each school.
12. Support team training on sanitation, safety, and customer service.
13. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Proficiency in basic bookkeeping and computer applications (e.g., email, Excel, Word, Google Docs).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule aligned with school operations.
