Position Overview:
The Service Delivery Coordinator, Dispatch position plays a vital role in the effective management of field operations by overseeing work orders, service requests, and technician assignments through a dedicated database. This role is essential for ensuring smooth interactions among clients, supervisors, and technicians, with the goal of achieving both company and customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Oversight: Guarantee that all work orders are completed and closed out on a daily basis.
  • Priority Management: Balance the workload between service requests and operational issues.
  • Procedure Compliance: Adhere to established dispatch protocols, report deficiencies, and propose enhancements to the Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule and manage installations in collaboration with clients.
  • Technician Alerts: Inform technicians of any cancellations prior to their scheduled arrival.
  • Professional Communication: Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • System Knowledge: Exhibit proficiency in utilizing the computerized work unit system.
  • Administrative Duties: Execute general office responsibilities and other assigned tasks.
  • Order and Ticket Processing: Retrieve service requests and operational issues as necessary to optimize daily workflow.
  • Reporting: Distribute daily installation reports.
  • Multitasking Ability: Effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • GPS Monitoring: Track technician locations throughout the workday.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of work units and service requests via the maintenance calendar.
  • Client Interaction: Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and document them appropriately.
  • Database Management: Input and maintain an accurate computerized database for customer work orders and service requests.
  • Field Technician Support: Assist field technicians, including basic service provisioning.
  • Workflow Comprehension: Understand the processes and flows of work orders.

This role demands exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to facilitate the efficient operation of field services and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field, ideally within the telecommunications and wireless sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in basic computer and office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle several tasks concurrently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent skills in customer service.
  • Availability: Willingness to work any day of the week, with flexible scheduling based on rotation.
