Key Responsibilities:

  • Priority Management: Balance service requests and troubleshooting tickets effectively.
  • Procedure Compliance: Adhere to dispatch protocols, report deficiencies, and propose enhancements to the Dispatch Supervisor.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule and manage installations in collaboration with clients.
  • Technician Alerts: Inform technicians of any cancellations prior to their scheduled arrival.
  • Professional Interaction: Respond to phone inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • System Knowledge: Exhibit proficiency in utilizing the computerized work unit system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Execute general office responsibilities and other assigned duties.
  • Order and Ticket Processing: Retrieve service orders and trouble tickets as necessary to optimize daily operations.
  • Reporting Duties: Distribute daily installation reports.
  • Multitasking Skills: Successfully manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • GPS Tracking: Monitor technician locations throughout the workday.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of work units and trouble tickets via the maintenance calendar.
  • Client Engagement: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and document interactions appropriately.
  • Database Management: Input and maintain an accurate computerized database for customer work orders and trouble tickets.
  • Field Technician Support: Assist field technicians, including basic service provisioning.
  • Workflow Comprehension: Understand work order processes and workflows.

This position demands exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities to facilitate the efficient operation of field services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field, ideally within the telecommunications and wireless sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer and office software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.

  • Availability: Willingness to work any day of the week, with varying schedules based on rotation.
