Fourth Floor is seeking a Marketing Analyst for Loyalty Programs to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer loyalty and increase purchase frequency through effective program strategies and member incentives.
  • Collaborate with essential teams including E-commerce, Retail, Brand Creative, Finance, and IT to develop and manage the marketing execution calendar across various channels.
  • Oversee daily program activities across brands and channels, including offer execution, quality assurance, and collateral management.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve issues raised by IT, stakeholders, and associates from various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards for all campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in formulating future strategy proposals based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
  • Work alongside business and IT stakeholders to prioritize and implement enhancements to the loyalty program.
  • Analyze and report on program performance, recommending adjustments to optimize the loyalty and retention marketing strategy.
  • Conduct and maintain competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in loyalty marketing.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google App Suite.
  • Business acumen with a focus on return on investment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative thinker with strategic insight and tactical execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
