Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) brings together key internal business operations that provide support to all American Express business units. As part of EDDS, the Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement team supports digital marketing initiatives at scale.
Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement (EPCE) team delivers, and scales advertising capabilities across the enterprise to maintain high-impact and personalised digital experiences, powered by data & analytics. EPCE plays a pivotal role in implementing best-in-class Marketing solutions to drive significant performance gains through key vendors and partnerships, whilst adapting to evolving geographical privacy and regulatory changes.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Analyst will report into the Manager – Audience & Media Enablement, and the primary focus will be to support and grow Amex audience solutions to fine tune targeting capabilities and generate incremental account acquisitions. The analyst will have exposure to multiple teams and business units across the enterprise. This role involves leveraging digital trends to improve processes, enhance content, and share best practices across the internal and external teams.
Management of various audience enabled campaigns, inclusive of audience creation, distribution, match rates & resultsEngage with multiple stakeholders to understand strategic marketing objectives and KPIs, as well as helping to translate to audience strategies and executionPartner with American Express Data Science and Analytics teams on segment creation, monitoring, and resultsWork in 3rd party platform user interfaces to successfully deploy audiences to various media destinationsMonitor internal & external digital trends and technologies, to continually improve and maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplaceTest new initiatives and ways to drive incremental revenue and improve campaign resultsLook for trends and opportunities to streamline processes, improve performance/content, and share best practices with internal and external business units.Manage governance and drive operational excellence by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and ensuring consistent execution of best practices across all campaigns. Minimum QualificationsExperience with online/display advertising operationsKnowledge of digital media space and new future-facing industry updatesExcellent organizational and project management skills including attention to detail, project management, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills, and track record of delivery against goalsStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable with analyzing and reporting on numerical dataProcess oriented – enjoys finding ways to streamline and optimize the status quoHigh energy, enthusiastic and eager to be successfulPassion and willingness to champion digital marketing and share knowledge within a large organization Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
