As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience through innovative marketing strategies. The Analyst position is part of the US Web Content Solutions (USWS) team within the Enterprise Comms & Martech Experiences (ECMX) organization. This global team supports various business units across the enterprise and is integral to the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions group.

The US Web Content Solutions team is responsible for managing marketing content related to customer acquisition and loyalty, as well as updating digital marketing assets on existing web platforms. This role involves close collaboration with web development teams to optimize the American Express website and enhance customer experiences that drive profitable Card acquisition for both Consumer and Commercial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of online marketing campaign launches and delivery processes, ensuring timely execution and effective management of rush requests.
  • Provide technical and process consultation to Marketing and key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Act as a bridge between Marketing and Technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable insights for our technology partners.
  • Support audit processes, training initiatives, documentation, volume forecasting, and reporting needs.
  • Engage in business-driven projects as a Subject Matter Expert, conducting user acceptance testing and training as necessary.
  • Assist in various Marketing Capabilities and future initiatives as required.
  • Support leadership in all relevant activities to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital/web marketing operations or technical process development is preferred; a solid understanding of online technologies and website functionality is essential.
  • Strong background in Computer Science or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and digital technology.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient reporting skills, particularly in Excel, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude are crucial.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, with a preference for candidates with a Computer Science or engineering background.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $105,000 annually, inclusive of bonuses and benefits. American Express is committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our employees, offering:
