We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resident Services Specialist to join our team in Marina Del Rey.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist residents with various needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests.

Update market surveys and assist with event coordination, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for residents.

Enter work orders and communicate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt attention to resident needs.

Answer phones and handle other duties and special projects as assigned.


Requirements:


One year of experience in resident services or customer service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude, with excellent communication skills.

Experience with Rent Café, Yardi, and CRM is preferred.
