Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Agent to enhance our team at a premier luxury apartment community. The ideal candidate will embody a positive demeanor and possess exceptional time management abilities. This role involves delivering outstanding front desk services to residents and guests while managing various administrative tasks and resolving conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued through exemplary customer service.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle the delivery of mail, messages, and packages.
- Collaborate with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance, and Management Staff to coordinate services.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information regarding transportation and dining options.
- Manage and de-escalate conflicts or tense situations with residents and guests.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs in partnership with Leasing and Resident Services.
- Facilitate elevator reservations for residents during moves and deliveries.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from residents and guests.
- Promote our Onni Rewards program to residents.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of amenity spaces through regular property inspections.
- Maintain coffee machines and supplies in the resident lounge.
- Refer residents to various services such as housekeeping and dog walking.
- Assist with package handling, auditing, dry cleaning, and perishable arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotel services, assisting with arrivals and departures.
- Support residents with bookings for friends and family.
- Plan and collaborate on resident events with various teams.
- Communicate daily and upcoming events effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Preferred: College coursework in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceeding customer service expectations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional, team-oriented, and possessing strong work ethics.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
