At Tripalink, we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Greet residents and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Property Maintenance: Monitor the community, report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager, and ensure communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Community Rules: Enforce community rules and regulations, report any violations to the Property Manager.
  • Tour Coordination: Assist in conducting tours of our properties.
Requirements
  • Interest in Property Management: A passion for the property management industry and a desire to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Excel and other relevant documentation and tracking tools.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
