Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Specialist to operate within the Greater Lexington area. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory. By leveraging your outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, you will establish robust relationships with Mid-Market clients, comprehend their requirements, and customize solutions to align with their goals. This role involves fieldwork, allowing for remote work when not engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in B2B outside sales
- Experience in Technology/Software sales is essential
- Background in HCM or related HR technology solutions is highly desirable
- Proven history of achieving sales targets
- Capability to navigate the designated territory for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Candidate must reside in the Greater Lexington area
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commissions
- Estimated total earnings in the first year are approximately $140,000-$160,000
