Hotel Sales and Marketing Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team at HVMG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Sales and Conferences Services department to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Utilize your experience in hotel sales, marketing, and revenue management to excel in this role.
- Take overall responsibility for all revenue streams and market segments, with direct revenue responsibility for specified market segments.
- Sell meeting space and ensure successful execution of the team's monthly action plans.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- 5 years of experience in Hotel Sales Department, with a track record of sales growth, experience in social media marketing, sourcing and booking group accounts, active membership in influential hotel sales organizations, and knowledge of sales systems (Delphi preferred).
