Role Summary
We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to operate within the Greater Lexington area. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Leveraging your outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, you will establish robust relationships with Mid-Market clients, comprehend their requirements, and customize solutions to fulfill their goals. This position allows for fieldwork, with the flexibility to work remotely when not engaging with potential clients.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Experience in Technology/Software sales is essential
- Background in HCM or similar HR technology solutions is highly desirable
- Proven history of achieving sales targets
- Capability to navigate the designated territory for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Must reside in the Greater Lexington area
Compensation and Benefits Overview
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commissions
- Estimated total earnings in the first year range from $140,000 to $160,000
