Key Responsibilities of a Junior Marketing and Sales Associate:

  • Engage with customers and the community to ensure satisfaction, drive sales, and support marketing efforts for our clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' products or services to provide accurate information, enhance sales, and assist in optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards consistently.
  • Participate in training sessions and company meetings to stay informed about product knowledge, sales strategies, and company policies.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions to monitor sales, marketing contributions, and performance metrics.

Qualifications for a Junior Marketing and Sales Associate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and remain composed in response to changing customer needs and sales and marketing demands.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple customer inquiries.
