About the Role

The Field Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving same-store sales growth by developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across the A&W trade areas. This position will focus on new restaurant openings and new restaurant owners, with the goal of building sales through a mix of off-the-shelf marketing programs and customized partnerships, sponsorships, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and suggest marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned trade areas
  • Collaborate with Franchise Partners and company leaders to understand local market trends and develop targeted marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop comprehensive marketing plans
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions
  • Travel up to 50% within the United States to support marketing efforts and build relationships with Franchise Partners and company leaders
Requirements

This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Franchise Partners and company leaders.
