We are currently seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager Partner Sales, AWS.

In this capacity, you will engage in technology-driven sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Demonstrated experience in technology-focused sales.

· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

· Proficient in utilizing various tools and platforms.

· Familiarity with the Amazon Partner Network portal is preferred.

· Experience collaborating with information technology clients and/or partners in roles such as account management, product management, program management, and business development.

· Proven track record in managing joint go-to-market (GTM) success with technology partners, including the development and monitoring of collaborative sales activities.

· Background in Partner Sales or overlay sales roles, fostering collaboration between partner and company field sales teams to build mutual trust, enhance sales enablement, and drive joint sales efforts.

· Strong expertise in enterprise software and a solid understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.

Qualifications We Seek

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

· Ability to orchestrate diverse resources across Genpact to support collaborative sales and GTM activities with AWS, establishing and maintaining a sustainable joint GTM model that promotes partner and customer success.

· Serve as the primary resource for ensuring that key high-profile joint sales opportunities are identified, developed, and successfully closed.

· Drive sales execution across various activities, including the coordination of lead generation and joint sales enablement initiatives between AWS and Genpact.

· Conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure that pipeline information is comprehensive and accurate within both Genpact's systems and the ACE tracker in the AWS Partner Network portal.

· Manage funding requests related to active joint opportunities between Genpact and AWS.

· Facilitate reviews between Genpact and AWS Account Management teams to identify best practices and lessons learned.

The estimated annual base compensation range for this role is between $80,000 and $100,000. The actual offer will reflect the total compensation package, including benefits, and will be determined by various factors such as the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location and internal equity.
