The Senior Sales Executive for Territory Management at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics will engage in a collaborative sales approach targeting both new and existing clients. This role involves nurturing, managing, and expanding relationships with customers at various levels, utilizing internal experts to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs. You will be instrumental in driving growth through both market expansion and retention of existing business. This position operates within the North American Commercial Organization and offers a fully remote work environment. At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to continuously innovate healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with accounts in your designated territory while prioritizing sales activities within active sales cycles to position Beckman Coulter solutions effectively.
- Develop and execute account plans, including business reviews.
- Implement sales strategies aimed at achieving set sales and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with product and subject matter experts to formulate account strategies and support the sales process as necessary.
- Manage contracting and pricing strategies for local integrated delivery networks and independent hospitals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in selling capital equipment to hospitals or laboratories.
- Willingness to travel occasionally outside the designated territory.
- Strong tactical sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and expanding existing customer relationships, particularly in laboratory diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations clearly and concisely.
- Highly organized with robust program and sales management capabilities, adept at managing account plans and effectively conducting business reviews.
- Demonstrated follow-up and follow-through skills, along with exceptional time and territory management practices.
The compensation range for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000, reflecting our good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors.
This position is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
