We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our in-market sales team in the territory management space. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a group of Territory Managers who serve as the face of Slice in their markets, acquiring new shops, and upselling existing partners on the value of partnering with Slice to grow their business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Territory Managers in several different markets throughout your region, providing hands-on coaching to improve their salesmanship and monitor KPIs.
- Oversee pipeline management, motivate the team, and lead your team to achieve and crush sales targets.
- Partner closely with internal teams like Marketing and Product to share customer feedback and shape the future of our evolving suite of products and services.
- Collaborate and share insights with the Strategy team to help us continuously refine the sales and operating model of our in-market sales motion.
- 3+ years of full-cycle in-market/field sales experience, preferably in the SMB and/or restaurant-tech industry.
- 3+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of leading a team of in-market/field sellers.
- Strong track record of coaching and developing sales reps on how to schedule and conduct live demos, and craft a solution that best suits the prospect's needs.
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members, hire top talent, and train new team members.
- Laser-focused on managing the team's pipeline, monitoring metrics, and achieving sales targets.
- Strategically utilize sales enablement tools to report on pipelines, analyze conversion metrics, and increase productivity.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel.
- Competitive salary range: $150-180k OTE + benefits.
