Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager for Small Business Solutions will spearhead a dedicated team of sales professionals who specialize in providing expert guidance to key clients in the small business sector.

This position is pivotal in steering sales initiatives, thought leadership, and optimizing client relationships within an established portfolio. The focus will be on uncovering opportunities to strengthen partnerships through our diverse range of products, platforms, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of sales specialists, each responsible for a portfolio of small business clients.
2. Drive sales performance, achieving targets and expanding client purchase volumes.
3. Identify and close new sales opportunities, including innovative products and services tailored for small businesses.
4. Foster strong client relationships through ongoing portfolio management and strategic reviews, analyzing performance metrics and market trends.

5. Collaborate with Visa Consulting and Analytics to enhance client engagement, providing insights into customer behavior and market segmentation.

6. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine and develop new small business products and partnerships.

7. Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders, showcasing the value of our offerings in the small business landscape.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the card payments industry, with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and exceeding performance goals.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior management.

Additional Information:
This role is hybrid, requiring a balance of remote and in-office work. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel as needed.
