This role operates in a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 3 days. In-office attendance may be increased during the initial phases of employment or as dictated by business requirements.
Are You the Right Fit?The Client Engagement Specialist is adept at providing timely, precise, and considerate service to clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within a 24-hour timeframe.
With over 5 years of experience in the industry, a valid Ohio insurance license in good standing is essential.Key Responsibilities:
Managing a select portfolio of clients in direct support of local office functions.
Mastering and executing service-related tasks (such as issuing certificates of insurance) and other associated service duties within the Agency Management System/EPIC, while adhering to appropriate naming conventions and activity logs.
Delivering prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to both internal and external inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
Generating precise and comprehensive documents using Word and Excel to meet established deadlines.Assisting in the implementation of the Client Engagement Strategy, which includes scheduling, document creation, and record-keeping in EPIC, among other tasks.
Coordinating and promoting new business submissions in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
