We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for all non-clinical communication and coordination between sleep doctors, patients, and referral sources. Responsibilities: * Supports Sleep Clinics in person with non-clinical needs. * Troubleshoots PAP devices and performs in-person mask fits. Educates patients on cleaning devices and supplies. * Performs Compliance Downloads to support the daily workflow of providers. * Handles intake inquiries from Sleep Intake and/or PAP Resupply, including documentation required to meet coverage criteria. * Assists and collaborates with Business Development Teams to provide designated accounts with reporting. * Responds to questions posed by referral sources related to sleep equipment/supply needs, acting as a liaison between MSC and facility staff. * Maintains open communication with patients/clients and referral sources, responding to patient/client questions and problems. * Maintains open communications with all referral sources and documents with whom and with what frequency. Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited High School or GED equivalent. * Two years (minimum) of progressively responsible medical customer service experience. * Excellent skill sets in communication and customer relations. * Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a TEAM player). * Knowledge and understanding of intake implications of industry change.
