Job Title: Customer Service, Sleep Clinic Liaison

At Medical Service Company, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service, Sleep Clinic Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sleep clinics, patients, and referral sources.

Responsibilities:
  • Support sleep clinics in person with non-clinical needs, including PAP device troubleshooting and mask fits.
  • Perform compliance downloads to support the daily workflow of providers.
  • Handle intake inquiries from sleep intake and/or PAP resupply, including documentation required to meet coverage criteria.
  • Assist and collaborate with business development teams to provide designated accounts with reporting.
  • Respond to questions posed by referral sources related to sleep equipment/supply needs, acting as a liaison between MSC and facility staff.
  • Maintain open communication with patients/clients and referral sources, responding to patient/client questions and problems.
  • Maintain open communications with all referral sources and document interactions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of progressively responsible medical customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of intake implications of industry change.
