Territory Sales Manager

At Sumitomo Pharma America, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager - Specialty to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the urology market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including urologists and other key stakeholders
- Provide clinical and product expertise to customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a focus on urology
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets
- Strong clinical and product knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
