Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the dental industry and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
- Analyze customer and territory trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
- Communicate sales performance and progress to management.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field and/or combination of experience.
- 5+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience with a medical device company or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility to drive a company car is an essential function of the position offered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills; CRM preferred.
