Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our highway and bridge pavement preservation materials and equipment to customers in the states of Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell our products and services to customers in the defined sales territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Travel frequently to visit customers and create new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations
  • Frequent travel within the defined sales territory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Practical presentation skills with both large groups and individuals
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • A current driver's license and a good driving record
