About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at SRS Distribution. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a track record of success in growing territory sales
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
