Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing Residential sales in the Southwest Washington territory, including Pierce, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Mason, Jefferson, and Clallam counties. You will coordinate with and contribute to the overall branch and company efforts to profitably grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive demand and grow sales of all Simpson product lines in the defined marketplace.
  • Coach, train, and manage the professional development of the Dealer Sales Representative.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with customers, as well as managing supply chain relationships with channel partners.
  • Promote Simpson Strong-Tie as an industry partner and potential employer.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience and/or training.
  • 2-3 years of management experience.
  • Technical skills, presentation skills, creative and innovative thinking, decision-making and judgment, accountability and dependability, adaptability and flexibility, customer focus, self-awareness, proactivity, influence, coaching and mentoring, leadership, organization and prioritization, computer/software/technology skills, and a valid driver's license.
