Sales Territory Manager

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for selling our pavement preservation products and equipment to customers in the states of Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
This is a full-time sales position that offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential and profit sharing. You will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone to support your sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience, applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations, and the ability to frequently travel within the defined sales territory. Requirements for the Sales Territory Manager include:
- Selling skills and outside sales experience required
- A minimum of two years of experience in the pavement or bridge maintenance industry preferred
- Previous experience selling equipment or familiarity with construction equipment sales a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Practical presentation skills with both large groups and individuals
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- A current driver's license and a good driving record
