Responsibilities:


Under the guidance of the Director or designated personnel, this role supports the Heart and Vascular Institute to maintain a secure and efficient environment for patient care.

This position plays a crucial role in assisting the leadership and staff to ensure the department operates smoothly, prioritizing patient care.


The clinic specializes in providing assessments, evaluations, and clinical interventions for patients with various heart conditions, including heart failure and those requiring advanced cardiac procedures.

Regularly, this role involves performing a variety of complex tasks related to patient processing and support.

Experience in a dynamic clinical setting is essential, as this position interacts with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including patients.

This role provides essential operational and technical support for the Heart and Vascular Institute, ensuring high-quality care for patients.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to patient care is crucial for this position, as well as an understanding of the clinic's role in the broader healthcare system.

Qualifications:

Required:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a healthcare setting.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

Preferred:
Proficiency in database management and relevant experience in a hospital environment.

Formal training in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is preferred.
