Administrative Duties:

Cultural Engagement: Independently organize and implement cultural initiatives to foster team cohesion and trust among staff members. Collaborate with the administrative team to facilitate local cultural events.

Procurement and Expense Oversight: Oversee office supplies, snacks, travel logistics, and visa applications.

Office Environment Management: Manage the acquisition of furniture, equipment maintenance, office cleanliness, and plant care.

Office Transition: Assist with office renovations and relocation processes.

Human Resources Duties:

Talent Acquisition: Work alongside the HR team to support recruitment efforts. This includes identifying and sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.

Policy Implementation: Execute company-wide HR initiatives and policies. Ensure clear communication and translation of policies for understanding among employees.

Employee Relations: Monitor employee status and concerns, providing feedback to management.

Onboarding, Transfers, and Exits: Adhere to standardized processes to ensure effective onboarding, transfers, and exit procedures.

Visa Assistance: Support employees with visa applications and related documentation.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in administrative positions.

Prior experience in a similar role within a multinational environment is advantageous.

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.

Adept at navigating interpersonal dynamics effectively.
