Job Summary

Core Health Provider Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Certified Medical Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check patients in and out, collect payments, and schedule appointments and reminders
  • Answer inbound calls and handle patient needs, including insurance verification and prior authorizations
  • Manage electronic health records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Practice Fusion experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
