Position Overview:Infinium Operations is seeking a dedicated and professional Office Administrator to support all areas of our business, directly reporting to C-suite. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver willing to take on various tasks and be a versatile asset to executive management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the "Swiss army knife" for executive management, assisting with diverse tasks.
- Executive Support: Be the primary contact for our leadership team, managing calendars and travel, scheduling meetings, and preparing impactful reports and presentations
- Handle general administrative duties, including sorting mail, filing documents, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Organize office lunches and activities.
- Support varying needs of assigned departments and staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in office coordination or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Word processing.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Scheduling Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with virtual platforms such as Zoom, DocuSign, Slack, and Teams.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems and procedures.
- Detail-oriented and organized nature.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required in a similar environment
Salary Range:The annual salary for the Office Administrator position is expected to be between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
