Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You'll also provide support to our payroll department, upload hours files, and assist with benefit enrollment periods.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our facilities team, including mail management and correspondence preparation.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including uploading hours files and resolving punch issues.
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment periods and distribute relevant communications.
  • Monitor uniform distribution and inventories.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
  • Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to learn new skills and apply knowledge quickly.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Working Conditions
  • Remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about the office to access files and equipment.
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Walk short distances and lift up to 10 pounds.
